We welcome enquiries from churches, institutions and ministries that share our purpose. Let’s explore how we can serve together, with the shape of each partnership agreed in conversation.

What partnership can look like

Churches

Partner churches are expected to help supply volunteers to run the conference. Partner-church discount rates are available, with details to be agreed.

Partner churches receive priority consideration to host our international guest speakers for Sunday ministry on conference weekends. Arrangements depend on speaker availability and agreement, and coordination with the conference organisers. A visit is not guaranteed.

Institutions

Institutional partners are expected to contribute in a way suited to their work and capacity. This could include training, resources or practical support. We offer discounted exhibition-table rates at the conference, with rates, availability and contributions agreed individually.

Ministries

Ministry partnerships could include sharing practical resources, expertise or opportunities to serve. We welcome your ideas and will discuss contributions and arrangements individually.

A conversation, not an automatic listing

The organisers review each enquiry before agreeing a partnership or public listing. An application does not confer endorsement, a speaking role or access to mailing lists. Partnership is distinct from legal membership of Reformation Australia.

Applications must be made by an authorised representative and are reviewed before acceptance. The organisers will independently check your authority through an official or public contact route. Fields marked * are required.

Provide an official website, publicly listed email or phone number so we can independently verify your role. No identity documents are needed.

Use your official work email where available. A personal email is also accepted.

Priority consideration is for partner churches, subject to availability and agreement.

Reformation Australia stores these details privately with its website hosting provider so its organisers can review this enquiry and contact you about partnership. Please do not include confidential pastoral, financial or other sensitive information. Nothing you submit here is automatically published or shared with partners, and this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
